TERMS OF SALES

 

Reservation
 

When booking by internet or by phone, a deposit payment by the customer of 30%  is requested.  The reservation will only be effective upon receipt of this deposit. The balance will be due 14 days at the latest before the date of your arrival.

Payment is made in cash , check or holiday voucher and bank cards . If payment is made by check, it should be made payable to  "les drops d'eau" and should be sent to the following address: Les drops d'eau, Pradiès, 82240 Labastide de Penne.

The tourist tax of 0.90 € per person is included in the price.

We offer 10% on the second night and 20% from the third.

Pets are not allowed.

Schedule
 

Arrival

 

We welcome you from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on the day of your arrival. In case of late arrival, please let us know. Otherwise, your reservation will be canceled, the entire payment will be kept as compensation and we will be able to dispose of your dome.

 

Departure

 

Your departure must be before 11:00 a.m.

 

Breakfast

 

We bring breakfast to your dome in the morning between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. If you want a precise schedule, please let us know the night before.

 

Having dinner

 

We bring you the gourmet basket to your dome in the evening between 7 p.m. and 8 p.m.

Spa
 

Access to the Spa is reserved only for "drops of water" customers. Before using the Spa, you are asked to take a shower. Access to the Spa is prohibited for unaccompanied minors. Spa monitoring is not guaranteed. Children are under the full and entire responsibility of their parents or accompanying adults.

Use of the premises

 

By accepting the general conditions of sale, the host undertakes to respect the peaceful nature of the drops of water and to preserve the tranquility of other people residing at the "drops of water".

Cancelation

 

In case of subscription to cancellation insurance at the time of purchase, the customer will be reimbursed for his payment under the conditions provided with our partner Albinet / Adar whom you can contact on 01 48 01 84 84. You can also consult the guarantees here.

If the customer has not taken out cancellation insurance, the full price of the stay will be invoiced if the cancellation takes place within 14 days of your arrival or if you do not show up on the day of your reservation.

If the cancellation takes place more than 14 days before your arrival, the deposit remains forfeited.

The date of your reservation cannot be changed during the 14 days preceding your arrival.

  Under no circumstances can rainy weather be canceled or postponed without the loss of the deposit.

Gift vouchers
 

Booking with a gift voucher does not result in a deposit. However, if  the host does not show up on the day of his reservation and he has not contacted us, the gift voucher is obsolete. If the reservation is postponed and "the drops of water" are notified less than 14 days before the start of the stay, the gift voucher also becomes obsolete. If the drops of water are prevented more than 14 days before the start of the stay, the customer is free to choose another date that suits him.

Each gift voucher has a validity period of one year from its edition. For any extension request, an additional € 10 contribution will be requested. The extension is valid for 6 months and must be requested before the expiration date of the gift voucher. We will then send you an extension to your gift voucher.

"The drops of water" reserve the right to offer another service of an equivalent or greater value than that listed on the gift voucher if it no longer exists.

Any order placed by the customer implies acceptance of the general conditions of sale.

Our prices are in euros, VAT and tourist tax included.
